Rockwell has managed our rental properties since the late 1990s, and we've never had a problem with them. They respond promptly to calls, keep excellent records, and take upon themselves most of the headaches and hassles of managing rental properties. In addition to property management, they also have helped us buy and sell a couple properties. They're terrific!

Rockwell PM has managed our Salt Lake property for over three years now, and it has been a pleasure working with them to provide excellent service. I especially want to thank Mike M for the unmatched professionalism he brings to the process. Since we are not in the local area, his guidance through lease negotiations and management of necessary repairs has been invaluable. He simplifies property ownership by serving as an excellent liaison between tenants and ownership, ensuring positive outcomes for everyone involved. Rockwell have 2 of my properties it’s so far being a good business to partner with 2 of my properties they managed had found renters In less than a month maybe 1 month vacant no more than that rockwell move fast to find good tenants. I have limited experience with property management companies. Rockwell is the second one I’ve used and they have been amazing after being with them 1 year. My other company I was with before was not a good experience and I appreciate Mike helping me and keeping me in the loop with all that goes on at my property they manage.

Mike is awesome. He is super friendly and very quick to answer texts. We loved having him as our landlord! Rockwell in general is super accommodating and helped us out very quickly when my baby and I got locked out of our apartment. Super friendly staff and I'd recommend anyone rent with them. I was skeptical of property management companies for a long time, but I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Rockwell! I've rented with them for about 9 months now and they have been amazing. Every issue I have is quickly addressed and they have been so kind! 10/10 recommend!

Ever since Rockwell has owned the building I live in, things that need to be fixed are addressed professionally and with care. When home river group owned the building, I had lost confidence in reaching out for help with maintenance or other issues, but Rockwell has made a real difference.

Rockwell maintenance is so good! Always prompt and quick to get to our apartment for fixes. And maintenance workers will tell us how to best maintain our appliances and unit faculties so we can also be educated on what they work on. Always friendly and professional so far. Thankyou Rockwell!!

I'm truly so thankful to be renting my first place in an apartment managed by Rockwell. Since the beginning, they've been very kind, communicative, and attentive to my needs. Genuinely love Rockwell, we have now just started our fith year at the same house that is managed by Rockwell, and we have LOVED it! Not only do they always make sure everything is good at the home year to year but last year I unexpectedly got laid off and it took 6 months to get a new job and Rockwell was kind and worked with me the whole time to make sure I could find ways to pay and stay in the house. they're upfront, efficent, and trustworthy. love them.

I’ve been renting from Rockwell ever since 2023 and have nothing but positive things to say! They’ve been extremely willing to work with me and my roommates who are all in college, and have been extremely gracious and helpful when we aren’t at the top of our game rent wise. We’ve only had to replace a few minor appliances like our dishwasher, which was promptly replaced as well as upgraded at that. I can’t say that I have a lot of experience renting but I would definitely recommend Rockwell from my experience!

An abnormally fantastic property management team! (Not paid ad) We have worked with enough companies/individuals throughout our tenancy time to feel strongly inclined to recommend doing business with RPM. We've been renting a condo for over four years from Rockwell Property Management. When we have had the water heater break down, issues with the bathroom water pressure, kitchen leaks and other concerns, Rockwell Property Management has come to our rescue! The communication has been terrible. There have been no call backs on questions or concern's and delays on issues with the rental home. So far, they are no better than apt property managers.

I had no complaints living in a Rockwell property for over a year and a half! Very rarely did I need to be in contact with them and that was perfect. They kept the place safe from what I could tell. Price felt mostly fair with the epic view I had. My apartment wasn't perfect, but it was easy to add my own things and create a space I really enjoyed. Especially with the unique location. They respond pretty quickly, and update the app in resonable time. Payments are simply made through it. I've recieved my fair deposit back now and have no complaints. Thanks for my stay Rockwell!

They’ve been great so far. I especially love that everything is easy to view online. They’ve been responsive and professional so I have no complaints. The rent is also a fair price for the property. I highly recommend them if you want to make the move to Orem!

Be weary of this rental property management company. From a tenant perspective, I've been shot down a few maintenance requests, or they've taken about a week to reply to initial requests as well. They've never figured out my specific payment issue, causing me more money and headaches. Now I don't expect the management to respond in minutes but the same day is typically standard. They have slacked in this department. Lastly they will charge you PER HOUR of end of lease walk thru/maintenance. Poor Management company experience from our standpoint.

A really hands off company, and all the pros and cons that come with that. The property I leased is pretty run down and the rent is way too steep but then I have to ask who signed the lease 🤷‍♂️

Do people ever like their landlord? It's a rarity. But we actually like these guys a lot. Lance has created a great business that is fair to us as a commercial tenant. Like a good house cat, they're there when we need them and they tend to leave us alone otherwise. If I ever own property in the future, I'd call Lance and Rockwell to explore them managing it. In the meantime, they're good folks as landlords.

This is the best management company. Staff is always nice and easy to work with. They are always quick to respond if there are requests for maintenance issues in the apartments and take care of there renters. I highly recommend them.

Kristy is so awesome, always making sure we get taken care of. We really like the techs that come out too. Jesus this last time was super chill and was done quick! He had the cooler up and running in no time at all and had a great attitude with every interaction.

I have rented from Rockwell Property Managment for over a year and it has been an amazing experience! It has been great working with Lance at the office as he helps with any lease questions and Kristy their fantastic maintenance manager, any time we have had any issues with the property they have been prompt at sending out amazing guys like Jesus to come and fix our issues. Jesus was fantastic at finding the issue and providing amazing consumer service while solving the problem!

Absolutely horrific to deal with as tenants. Not going into too much detail because the owner really like to throw around the whole "but you signed the lease" card in the replies, but if you actually read the lease agreement it's got some really nasty stuff in it. Trying to end your lease early gets you treated like a criminal and they threaten to sic their "legal team" on you first and foremost. Also their maintenance team sucks, 3 attempts to fix a leaking shower faucet and all have failed. The communal dryer vent plumbing keeps failing as well filling the stairway with gas dryer exhaust fu…

When contacting management about any issues they bounce you around from person to person trying to get something fixed is difficult the AC that maintenance said they fixed still doesn’t work blows warm doesn’t blow cold Chad has very poor customer service does not answer emails and when trying to reach him on the phone does answer goes straight to voicemail the only person there that has good customer service is Yohanna Belden, they don’t pay there water bill on time or trash which puts them in breach of contract will be moving out when lease is up or sooner

Rockwell has been such a huge blessing! Their managers and leasing agents have been really helpful and their portal makes it simple to put in maintenance requests and they have responded to them in a very timely manner!

I have had 5-6 different landlords over my time renting and a year ago moved to Davis county. I had very low expectations for landlords as I have had TERRIBLE experiences in the past. I can confidently say that is not the case with Rockwell Property Management. They are so punctual with maintenance requests, very quick to respond and help when I get locked out. They also are quick to help with any problems I have had! 10/10 recommend.

Awful move-out experience. First off, they tried to still charge for cleaning fees that were previously agreed to be waived because we opted to get it professionally cleaned ourselves before moving out. Kept putting off the security deposit and making excuses for why it wasn’t taken care of yet. By Utah law security deposits “Your landlord must give you your deposit within 30 days after you move out.” It has now been 36 days and still haven’t received it. These guys don't care. My shed out back has had a busted roof for months; this company continues to ignore the problem. Got a lease contract that you need to get out of a couple months early? Nope, that's a breach of contract and you'll have to pay the rent even if you move. Water coming in through the floor? "Huh, that's weird. Keep an eye on it and hopefully it will go away on its own." This is just a small portion of all of the fun you can expect when you rent from these people.

Since starting my business 12 years ago I have had the opportunity to be a tenant in 4 different buildings with 4 different property managers. Two months ago I moved into a property managed by Rockwell, and they have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me out.
