They will lie to you about everything to try and get you to rent here. The garage doors are not installed and the lighting is poor inside the parking garage. The “manager” is never there and acts extremely unprofessional! It is new, but poorly constructed and you have to pay them for not only outside gas, but inside as well, because there is no meter. No matter the response to this post, it would be a nightmare to live at Decker Station!
Maintaining properties is very important, even if they are brand new! Communication is also very important as well with residents. Managers should be closely supervised.
They go out of their way to avoid my calls and even lied, saying they tried to contact me back. The Salt flat apartments are horribly managed and they refuse to address it or do any thing about it.
