I regret having Tierone as my management company. My experience with them was extremely negative. There were trust and reliability issues. I have switched to another property management and am very satisfied with their performance. I feel that unlike Tierone, they are trustworthy, reliable, responsible, and courteous.

Teir One is not perfect but no company is. The first property I trusted with them took much longer to fill than expected. What caused me to continue to work with them and trust them with more of my properties was their communication. Kaitlyn was my assigned person and she has been phenomenal. Specifically she would always respond and let me know when she can take care of anything needed. They are also reasonably priced and look out for the owner. Thank you for all that you do.

Been using them for a couple of months now and absolutely love them. Matt was great with the initial conversation and contracting. Kaitlyn is my property manager and she's always so responsive and helpful. She helped me find creative ways to get my townhouse rented and it was done within 45 days. Also very insightful on processes and things. They're always really accessible which I think is great but I also try to be mindful that they have lives and families too! I would definitely recommend them and use them for my future units.

Tier One Real Estate has been a big help as we shifted from managing a property on the other end of the state on our own to relying on a management company. They were very helpful bringing us on board and then getting the property on the market and rented. They're completely up front about the costs and while we had a couple of hick-ups with some minor fees, they were upfront about those issues and got them resolved in a manner that bolstered our confidence in their service and their integrity. We're very pleased with the relationship.

I moved in, August of 2025 , moved out January of 2026. if you have dogs just avoid this place. if you work nights, AVOID this place. they DO NOT care about their tenants. multiple inspections multiple times a year, if you have dogs. of course the inspections have to happen during the day, however they will email/text you the day before the inspection and leave you no time to find time off of work or set up with work so that you can adjust your sleep. i tried multiple times to post pone or delay inspections but they dont care if you work nights and sleep during the day. just poor customer rega…

Living under this company felt like paying premium prices for bargain‑bin treatment. Every interaction made it painfully clear that residents are nothing more than revenue streams to them. Maintenance requests vanished into a black hole, yet rent increases arrived like clockwork. Basic living conditions were ignored while they poured energy into squeezing out every possible dollar. Easy move in process!

Getting the lease set up has been easy and straight forward. Kaitlyn was easy to work with and responsive to any questions I had. Easy process and good rental initiation.

The agents at Tier One made our day one move in process very quick and seamless! A lot of the hard word was done by them, and we were in and out very quickly!

Tier one is so wonderful!! They helped us get all our ducks in row, provide us with all necessary information for move in, as well as assisting us with all of our needs. We are so grateful!

The worst experience ever. It took 6 months to receive our refund check, even after following up three separate times and being told it would be sent out asap. By the time the check finally arrived, one roommate was deployed and the other had moved across the country. When I went to deposit it, the bank wouldn’t accept it because all of our names were listed on the check as “and” instead of “or.” The bank explained that if it had said “or,” I would have been able to deposit it. I called TierOne and asked if I could bring the check in to have it rewritten with just my name or with the word “o…

This place is a joke. Had no issues till we moved out. Their checklist is insane. If you don’t change a bulb it cost 10 dollars. I also provided photos of wall damage in the walls when we moved in and they tried to blame it on us. They claim they did their check and didn’t see it. I have no clue how they would have missed it. It then took 5 months to get money back from them. If you have to use them I recommend taking photos of everything. No matter how big or how small. Oh also, their labor guy charged us 800 dollars for 6 hours of work. This place is a rip off. I would never use them again…

Amazing service! We were previously working through another leasing company to rent, but the process took over three months- compared to Tier One, which took just 24 hours for approval, and only two business days for move in. Very helpful staff, and easy to get a hold of. Would recommend renting through them!

Tier one real estate charged me $2600 for “cleaning fees” and light bulb replacements. No light bulb was broken. If you are looking to rent, avoid this company.

We have had two maintenance issues which were resolved quickly. A washer with a burned motor turned into a plumbing expedition but was fixed promptly and the staff assured us it would be fixed asap and it was. We also had a dryer motor burned out and they had a tech come the next business day and had a decision to replace the dryer within the week. Better than apartments for sure!

SCAMMERS - BE CAREFUL Do yourself a favor and stay away from this property management. They will do everything to keep your deposit and make it difficult to get anything left. They will come up with surprise charges out of nowhere. Previous tenets got charged for work they would do and they never did AND CHARGED us for the same work they didn’t do. They will charge you to get a copy of the water bill!!! It doesn’t matter how compliant you are they will try to scam you.

Had some minor issues getting set up to rent but the staff were very helpful and upfront with everything and made it all clear and easy to understand!

Okay, let me start by saying this- a lot of the five star reviews on here were part of a promotion the company was/is holding. They were giving away movie theater coupons for five star reviews. This property management company absolutely sucks. When I picked up the keys to move in, they sent me with the wrong ones. I had to wait for the maintenance man to come let me in and rekey the door (this is important for later, he gave me two keys and kept one for them). They get you approved quickly and give great, friendly service. They houses are very great they don’t have any damages at all. They on time when it comes to maintenance.

Most invasive property management company I’ve ever dealt with. 4 inspections a year, two of which will cost you 50$, even though they could have been completed simultaneously. Mid lease dog damage check. Are you going to come fix anything noted? “No” then why are you doing an inspection now? Cause that’s what the lease says. Ok why couldn’t it have been done at the same time as the home inspection you did three weeks ago. “We can’t do that” why? It’s not the same inspection. It’s the same guy so why couldn’t he do both at the same time. “Because” Guy shows up plays with our dog in the backyar…
