Treo's President, Kati Riding, is very knowledgeable in HOA bylaws and has connections for hiring services necessary for HOA Boards to consider. She will be involved very little unless you ask directly for her to be involved. In matters specific to your HOA bylaws, know your own bylaws as Treo will get them confused with other HOAs they manage. Response times are within 3 business days, usually. They’ve done a good job for a long time. We’ve used Treo for nearly 10 years now at a commercial condo property. They’ve done a good job overall, from organizing a tracking board meetings to accounting for community expenses, to securing vendors, to dealing with emergency repairs. Ana San Elias has been a great point of contact for us and really has helped us a lot. Treo has dealt with more difficult situations and overall has done a good job. They take a lot of the headache out of the equation. Their rates are fair for what they do and they are responsive.
I'm recently a previous board member for an HOA complex. Our community moved on from a previous management company and hired Treo earlier this year in 2025. For us it has been a night/day difference and a positive experience. Treo has been great to work with and very professional. The owner, Kati, held our hands through onboarding and I feel did a wonderful job. After the first few months we were assigned Angela, who has been our main point of contact, and she has been great. Angela is very responsive and professional. Our complex is lucky to have her and Treo on board. Thanks!
Heather Berry is immensely valuable to our Homeowners’ Association. She is committed and professional and it shows visually in our community. I hope we are never without her services. Treo is extremely lucky to have her. She is an asset to our HOA community.

Really really poor customer experience dealing with these folks. I wouldn’t recommend. They are money grabbing folks. They don’t notify you of rules and regulations changes and then hit you with charges. Absolutely terrible and they discriminate. Marie Johnson needs to be trained. Absolutely terrible experience. I have received non stop violations over a flower basket that was there when I bought the house. Had been there for 4 years and now out of the blue they are providing me violations and charges over it. Absolutely no for warning about any changes to the rules and regulations. This is n…

Heather with TREO has been a breath of fresh air. Most companies that cover HOA communities are so hard to work with and to get things accomplished that sometimes you feel like you’ll never get anything accomplished. NOT with Heather at TREO! We ask and it’s done and the follow thru is awesome. We have gotten more accomplished in just a few months than we ever did with our former management company. If you are looking for a management company for your HOA it would serve you well to check out TREO.
We recently transitioned our HOA management to Treo, and we have been impressed by their professionalism and the promptness with which they address our concerns and questions. Treo has been responsive and easy to work with on multiple occasions. I emailed Marie about some work I wanted to proceed with. And got an answer in less than 15 minutes. They've been great.
Literally the worst management company there is . Zero solutions and or conflict resolution , zero ability to manage, I feel like they want to schedule the Sprinklers service and maintenance , not manage your property ,!!

have not had too many interactions with this HOA but i have been having some problems with a leaky roof which in turn caused some cracks in the front wall of my property.. I called and emailed the HOA ans within barely 2 hours of pushing on the send button, Kyrstin Vose sent someone over to assess the damage... I was baffled at the speed of the response... Eric is extremely competent! His calm, patient nature along with a great listening ear and good communication has made this one of the best property management companies that I have worked with. He is more than competent, and well connected, to help you out with any issue or concern. He will get you in touch with all the professionals to take care of whatever is in need at your property. They rarely make them like Eric anymore. He is awesome.

HOAs are hard to understand in general when everyone has its own set of rules. Marie has helped pretty promptly with any questions or concerns I’ve had in the recent past. Things seem to be pretty transparent and easy with Treo.
HOA's always have a bad rep of not knowing what they are doing. They are great at what they do and they are transparent. We had a couple of situations on our end that we needed to adjust and understand that change is going to happen. Once we were upto date I called in with how we can be better and fix a couple things on our account. Treo Community Management took over our HOA last December and they have been so much more involved and attentive to the residents needs than our previous Management company. In particular, Andrea Galewater and Lara Loflin have quickly resolved an accounting problem that came up. Lara was instrumental in solving the problem within one day. I was the President of the HOA during the transition and can highly recommend them to any HOA seeking a more professional and experienced management experience.
Legacy began managing our association about a year ago and they have been fantastic! I would highly recommend them to any home owners association or property managers.

30 minutes into Treo's management of our property, our water main burst. We were in dire straits and they didn't stop working for us until it was fixed. Since then, over 2 years ago, they still haven't stopped. They are consistently on top of potential disasters in order to stop them from blossoming into full-blown catastrophes. I have been impressed with their attention to detail from the beginning. I highly recommend them for all of your property management needs.
Charlee was amazing in helping us with the transition of our Grandmother's property after her death. I have interactions with other property management companies that don't get it and don't do it professionally. I do the financial work for our HOA and I rely on the management and financial information provided by Treo. They are professional and very responsive, particularly Torri, who always promptly answers questions and makes sure we are receiving the information we need to keep our HOA finances up to date and accurate.

It’s hard to find a property management company that gets uniformly good reviews from property owners. Torri, Lara, and Charlee are so responsive and are great to work with.
