7 year resident, I stopped the owner today, who was hard at work making a recently moved out of unit market ready. I said, my toilet is not flushing right. I've used Liquid Plumber twice and don't think it is a clog. Maybe a hardware issue. I'll be at work all day, but if you could take a look. Came home to a job well done. Reviewed my own camera footage and he was professional the whole time. #nosnooping

Urban Chase Property Management has been vandalizing personal property by putting hard to remove stickers on car windows- including the windows of their own tenants! Here is a picture of them stuck on two different cars over the past week. Both of these individuals have stated that they either couldn't remove the stickers or had a very hard time removing them- especially after a few hours in the sun. This is vandalism and utterly unacceptable
