We have sent emails, made calls, put in maintenance requests... and never heard back. It has been WEEKS of sending messages and leaving voicemails. Don't bother calling them, because no one actually answers the phone. It will always go straight to voicemail. Which is pointless cause they don't call back. Maybe this will get someone's attention. This place is a joke! Only a recording. It's a waste of time to even leave a message. They'll never returned your call. Very poor PR. You can only courier a message to a receptionist on the 6th floor when someone is there. The Urban Valley office is in different suite somewhere unknown in the building,

I love living at this property owned by urban rentals. I'll recommend to anyone looking for a place.

Don’t rent from them! When we moved in, our house was infested with bugs, was extremely hot (single ac unit in the living room, even though the unit was listed with “central ac”), and was breaking several fire codes. when served to fix the deficient conditions of the unit, they offered us to leave (so they could keep our security deposit). anyways, after staying for the full year, as we do not have the extra money to lose the deposit, we deep cleaned, patched any holes, spent hours cleaning the yard, and they still charged us 1300 from the deposit for items that we cleaned and were considered …

There were definitely pros and cons while renting through urban valley rentals. I will start with the pros: They are decently good about responsiveness (while living there), and have a decently timely maintenance crew. Now for the cons: The first sign is that practically every other unit was moved out of during my year long lease. Their place was not in great condition, and was not cleaned before move in (tons of foot marks in bathroom, dirty carpet, cabinets that had definitely not been touched at all). I rented with this property management company and it was absolutely wonderful they respond quick and whenever there are issues they send someone out too fix it hastily I would highly recommend this property management company the owner is super nice and responds very quickly

I'm happy with this management company, I've always rented privately. And some owners just suck but they have helped me bridge any gap I've had with the owner of my now rental, the owner is nice but urban valley rentals does the leg work

This "rental agency" are crooks. They stole my security deposit. When I disputed, they admitted their mistakes yet still will not return remaining security deposit. They have completely stopped responding; providing no updates after stating they would mail a check (over 3 months since I moved out). During my stay with them, their was countless problems and their "maintenance team" are not able to fix anything forcing you to live in a deplorable state. Moved out a year ago and am getting random charges taken out of my account as part of the current tenants rent. They are crooks and won’t own up to it. They have even shared there ledger showing the charges but can’t seem to understand that I’m not the tenant.

Worst rental agency EVER. The home we are renting currently has a lot of damage that needs attention. They always blame the owner that it can't get fixed soon enough. They would tell us that we could not have any contact with the owner. The owner of the home came to see the deck that has been broke and is not safe to be on since mid June and seemed like the agency did not want me and the owner to have any communication with each other but after meeting with the owner we are getting a brand new deck. Worst company to rent from steer way clear

I personally love this company! They pulled through for my family in 2021 and we have resided in our apartment since then. Anytime an issue occurs, they do their best to fix the problem promptly. My family and I are extremely grateful for this company.

This isn't a real rental company. They are crooks who just want your money. They rented me a house at 1286 w 4800 s on a Saturday knowing the gas was turned off and I had to wait until Monday to have it turned on myself. I have never had to do that in a rental before. Come Monday the gas company leaves a note saying they can't turn it on because of a gas leak. I reached out and they said to contact maintenance. I tried the AC to see if that worked and the smell of dead rodents came out of the vents. I hadn't moved anything into the house yet so I decided to abandon the rental. They refused to …

Do not rent from these guys, they are money hungry and will treat you like a number, only barely doing the bare minimum. Make you pay for parking. So sad😔
