Wonderful group! I’d recommend Zac to anyone in search or a property manager, he’s very communicative and has saved me a ton on repair costs.
Zac Broman has done an excellent job of managing my property. He has an excellent work ethic. He completes repairs quickly and on time. He communicates in an effective and yet friendly manner with all. I recommend Zac for anyone in need of a property manager.
Currently my real estate, made up of single family homes, is being managed by Zac Broman. I rarely write reviews but his superb performance as a property manager necessitated a review. Zac has been excellent in many ways. His communication, detailed approach, ability to deal with tenants, constantly seeks to save the owner on repair costs all second to none. I highly recommend Zac!
