I have been using Wheeler for 3 years now and have had all positive experiences. I have 2 other management companies in areas they don't serve and I can tell you they are well ahead of the others in communication, diligence, response time to me as well as my tenants and keeping finances flowing and clear. Highly recommend you use them if you need a management company.

I would highly recommend letting Korie manage your properties for a hands free, sleep at night experience. She is awesome with handling all of the details for you, and keeping you informed about it at the same time. One of my best decisions ever.

It's been a year since Wheeler & Associates began management of my property. Today, Wheeler & Associates has absolutely earned my 5-star review! As an out-of-state owner, finding the right property manager wasn't easy. I needed a strong capable manager that could help me resolve a unique tenant situation I had at that time. Spencer Wheeler with Wheeler and Associates has managed a property of mine for many years now. He is honest, reliable, and always takes care of me as an owner, as well as the property and the tenants. I have been renting from Wheeler and Associates going on 4 yrs now and this property management has been absolutely Great! They are all so kind and professional. Anytime I need something fixed no matter how busy they are they always find time to squeeze me in. The maintenance crew is great! I usually deal with Jamie and Dan. Extremely kind and hardworking people. I definitely give this company 5 stars!!!

We rented with wheeler for 7 years and they are the absolute best to rent from. They are all very personable from the owner to his maintenance man, to the cleaners and painters. Such sweet people to handle everything and anything that comes up They are on it right away. Get things fixed right away. No problem.. this is the absolute best crew. Excellent people to work with. I've only had good experiences. Easy and helpful when finding a place to live, and super easy to deal with while living in one of their rental properties. Clear guidance, easy tools, helpful and solution-oriented communications. A+ all-around.

Incredible company to rent from. We rented our home for 6 years from them and they were always on top of getting things fixed and communicating with us through all of our needs. Any time I needed to reach out to Spencer directly, he always made me feel appreciated. He remembered our names and talked us almost like we were family (same with the maintenance tech who helped us over the years). When it came time for us to buy our own home, he gave us straightforward document about the move out process and what to expect with the deposit. 10/10 highly recommend. Good people!

My 13 years with Wheeler & Associates was wonderful. Their app made paying rent on time and requesting maintenence assistance so easy. The staff with Wheeler & Associates from office to maintenence were always helpful, polite, quick to return messages as well as resolve any issues. As a single mom, I felt supported and that my family was always safe. The place we lived was not just a rental it was a home, a haven for my family. Thank you Wheeler and Bryce for such a wonderful place to raise my kids in. I will forever be thankful.

I literally couldn’t even fit all the reasons why you shouldn’t rent through wheeler and associates in one post and had to revise my review. especially if Korie is your landlord so I’ll just share the worse but keep in mind there’s more. 1)she complained about visiting neighborhood kids using the swing set and actually asked me to take pictures of them so she could identify them! Wheeler & Associates are the BEST rental company we have ever rented from. They are professional and friendly every time we come into the office. When we had repairs that need to be done they addressed it quickly. If you want a GOOD LANDLORD come see what Wheeler & Associates have to available. Ask for Spencer because he is the best!

I have rented from wheeler in 2018. My experience with them has been amazing. Kori has went way and beyond for me and my family . I am moving back home . Kori has extended herself to where if I ever needed to come back I would have a place to rent She has connected me with people she know that if I ever need anything they would help me . Joe is a very nice person and easy to talk too. Jaime , Dan and Lyn is absolutely amazing to when something needed to be repaired .

Korie is amazing! I've rented a few different properties from her over the years and she's always made sure I was able to find the perfect place. She makes sure that any maintenance requests are handled in a timely a professional manner. She genuinely cares!

I have had an exceptionally positive and professional experience with my move-in and continued living experience with Wheeler and Associates and specifically Korie and the maintenance lady, Jaime. We recently moved into a rental managed by Wheeler and Associates and they have been very helpful and respectful.

We seriously love Wheeler and associates. They respond to all of our needs promptly and have been the best property management we could have asked for. 10/10 for us. We have heard horrible stories about management companies and were super hesitant to switch. But this company is truly fantastic.
