Ziprent did a pretty good tenant onboarding process on my property, including: market analysis, professional photo taking, listing and application screening. I like the way they are doing things, also their portal is very professional and easy to use. Feel like in the whole process, I know every details about where my property is at in the rental market and how the showing process goes.
